Petrusco Caviar

Petrusco Caviar is a brand dedicated to serving the world's finest caviar while leading the way in sustainable sturgeon farming practices. Our mission is simple: to provide the highest quality caviar while protecting the environment. Our caviar comes from hand-selected farms with a rich Caspian Sea heritage, and we employ 100% eco-friendly harvesting practices.

At Petrusco, we take pride in our dedication to preserving the sturgeon species and ensuring that every pearl of caviar reaches our customers in optimal condition. Our farmers combine new-age sustainable methods with deep-rooted Russian principles to age each egg to perfection.

But it's not just our farming practices that set us apart. The Petrusco difference is also in our flavor. Our fish are raised in fully established ecosystems, resulting in a fresh, all-natural taste that blooms at the tip of your tongue. We offer elite Beluga and Ossetra blends suited for the most discerning palates.

By indulging in one of our luxurious blends, you can support our quest for eco-friendly farming and help preserve both the quality and taste of caviar, as well as the sturgeon species. Experience the finest sustainably farmed caviar on earth. Shop now and join us in our mission.
