Pewen Labs

Pewén Labs is a boutique mobile app studio based in southern Chile, creating products for Latin America and global markets. Its name comes from “pewén,” the Araucaria tree, and reflects the studio’s approach: thoughtful, unhurried work built with care and intended to last. The company’s portfolio spans games and practical tools for everyday activities.

Carioca is a straightforward scorekeeper for the Carioca card game, designed for quick use between rounds without accounts or distractions. Bolitas brings the traditional Chilean marble game to mobile, with turn-based play among friends, marble wagers, monthly rankings, and neighborhood leagues. Volantín is a kite-fighting game controlled with two thumbs; players compete to cut their opponent’s string, and the game is free with no advertising.

Pewén Labs is also developing AM Training, an app for managing football speed and agility sessions, including class bookings, waitlists, attendance, training plans, and weather-related cancellations. Higluk, planned first for iPhone, is a skiing and snowboarding experience featuring mountain exploration, shared lifts, and terrain parks
