Not only does the foundation supply the necessary funds for these students, but it also ensures that they have meaningful job opportunities upon their return and a network of mentors to support their personal and professional growth. The ultimate mission of the PEXIM Foundation is to contribute to the political, economic, and social progress of Serbia and North Macedonia by investing in young talent.

Their returning scholars work for various government entities, think-tanks, international organizations, and engage in social initiatives. To achieve their vision, the foundation collaborates with the University of Cambridge, Cambridge Trust, the governments of Serbia and North Macedonia, the Centre for International Relations and Sustainable Development, and the private business sector. Since its inception, the PEXIM Foundation has invested over 1 million euros and supported more than 30 graduates from Cambridge University.
