La Commanderie de Peyrassol, established in the 13th century by the Knights Templar, is a captivating estate nestled in the scenic Maures mountain foothills of Provence. Spanning nearly 850 hectares of oak, olive trees, and garrigue, this historic site is renowned for its illustrious Château Peyrassol vineyard, which produces exceptional organic wines under the AOP Côtes de Provence designation.
