About FormationE-E
The Programme de Formation Ecole-Entreprise (PF2E) is a groundbreaking initiative created under the supervision of the Ministry of Vocational and Technical Training. It aims to implement a dual training system across Senegal, where students are primarily trained by participating companies through apprenticeship contracts, spending about 80% of their training time in a real work environment. This unique approach allows students to learn directly from experienced professionals in the field, acquiring practical skills and professional behaviors.
The PF2E program aligns with the goals of the Senegal Emerging Plan, focusing on human capital development and sustainable growth.
