Through FIFPRO's support, PFA Malaysia seeks to establish an international network for Malaysian professional footballers to have a say in international decision-making within the football industry. PFA Malaysia's objectives include welfare improvement, development, representation, and collective bargaining facilitation for professional footballers. They also focus on fostering relationships and promoting football as a career.
