Hannah Marzoll-Lebbäus provides equine acupuncture and animal naturopathic care in Neunkirchen-Seelscheid, Germany. A state-recognised horse acupuncturist and animal naturopath, she takes an individualised approach, considering each horse’s condition and needs when planning treatment. Her practice is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which views health as dependent on the balanced flow of Qi through the body.
Acupuncture is used to address energetic imbalances and support horses with a range of concerns, including chronic and acute illnesses, musculoskeletal and respiratory problems, digestive issues, pain, skin conditions, and emotional distress. Hannah completed a 12-month course in TCVM diagnostics in 2024 and is currently undertaking further training in osteopuncture. Treatment begins with a detailed assessment, including examination of the horse and a Chinese diagnosis, followed by a tailored care plan and acupuncture using needles.
The number of sessions depends on the horse and the duration of its condition; a treatment phase typically involves two to six visits. The practice offers initial and follow-up appointments, with travel surcharges for visits beyond 20 kilometres
