Pferdeosteopathin Stefanie Lehr

Pferdeosteopathie Stefanie Lehr provides equine osteopathy and physiotherapy in Cologne and the surrounding areas, including Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach. As a trained and certified equine osteopath and physiotherapist, Stefanie Lehr takes a holistic, individual approach focused on supporting horses’ mobility, balance, health and well-being.

Appointments begin with a detailed history and assessment of the horse’s movement, helping identify possible restrictions or dysfunctions and consider factors such as muscle tension, joint problems and previous injuries. The initial visit may take between one and a half and two hours, depending on the horse’s needs. Treatments can include structural osteopathy, physiotherapy, craniosacral techniques, manual mobilisation and myofascial release.

The service may be relevant when a horse shows changes such as difficulty bending, uneven movement, muscle tightness, reluctance to work or altered behaviour. Treatment plans are developed in discussion with the owner, with an emphasis on attentive care and suitable techniques for each horse.
