Pferdephysio Mix

Pferdephysio Mix is the equine physiotherapy practice of Susanne Mix, based in Gottwollshausen, Schwäbisch Hall. Drawing on more than 30 years of involvement in equestrian sport and professional training completed at the German Institute for Equine Osteopathy, Mix provides assessment and treatment intended to support horses’ health, comfort and performance. Her approach considers the horse as a whole and combines rehabilitation after veterinary care with preventative treatment to identify and address imbalances before they develop into more serious problems.

Services begin with a history from the owner, movement analysis, examination of the limbs and spine, and an initial full-body check. Treatment options are selected according to the findings and include classical physiotherapy, manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, visceral osteopathy, acupuncture and physical therapies such as magnetic-field, laser-frequency and Matrix Rhythm Therapy. The practice addresses concerns including muscle tension, back or neck problems, unexplained lameness, stiffness, changes in behaviour and reduced performance. Sattel checks, follow-up guidance and exercises for owners are also offered, alongside support before and during competition season.
