Theresa Wirsing provides mobile equine therapy focused on the health, comfort, and movement of horses. A trained equine physiotherapist, Theresa offers physiotherapy, osteopathy, and Dry Needling for horses across the Hildburghausen, Coburg, Suhl, Schmalkalden-Meiningen, and Rhön-Grabfeld districts. Her services include initial assessments and treatments, follow-up care for ongoing or more complex concerns, and preventive check-ups. She also supports horses during rehabilitation and after events such as falls, accidents, dental treatment, or pregnancy, and works with chronic conditions including arthritis and navicular disease.

Treatments are tailored to each horse and may address muscle tension, restricted movement, joint blockages, scars, and other physical concerns. Dry Needling is used to target tense muscles and trigger points with the aim of easing pain and improving mobility. Theresa emphasizes careful assessment, a calm and considerate approach, and practical exercises and recommendations owners can use between visits. Her goal is to help horses feel more comfortable, move more freely, and maintain or improve their physical performance.
