Pferdepodologie Manuel Stohler provides individualized equine hoof care and farriery in the Germany–France–Switzerland border region. Guided by the belief that no single shoeing solution suits every horse, the practice considers factors such as discipline, training, limb alignment, hoof growth, breed, size, weight, age, health, living conditions and footing before recommending an approach. Services may include barefoot care or hoof protection and shoeing, selected according to each horse’s needs and intended use. Available options include steel and aluminium shoes, plastic and adhesive shoes, silicone products and hoof boots.

Manuel Stohler assesses horses through careful observation, hoof examination tools and knowledge of distal-limb anatomy, and works with veterinarians and riders in Switzerland, Germany and France. He continues professional development through courses and conferences and has trained apprentices since 2013. The practice began in 2011 and serves horses across a range of uses and conditions, including sport horses.
