Pferd im Mittelpunkt

Pferd im Mittelpunkt is the equine therapy practice of Sarah Henne, a horse osteopath and animal naturopath based in Tübingen, Germany. Serving horse owners in Tübingen and the surrounding areas, including Reutlingen, Böblingen, Esslingen and Stuttgart, the practice focuses on supporting horses’ wellbeing, mobility and long-term health through gentle, holistic care.

Services include equine osteopathy, fascia training and guidance on healthy horse training, both under saddle and in-hand. Osteopathic treatments use manual techniques to address tension and restrictions, with the aim of improving movement, easing discomfort and supporting recovery after a training break. Care can range from a check-up to ongoing professional support during a rebuilding phase. Sarah also offers fascia work to address restrictions in connective tissue and provides preventative care intended to identify potential issues early.

Her approach includes listening and unwinding techniques, craniosacral osteopathy and visceral osteopathy, considering the horse as a whole. The website also features KräuterReich, an online shop offering organic herbs for horses made in Swabia.
