The team also offers household support, including cleaning, laundry and cooking, and everyday companionship through conversation, activities and practical assistance. Family members can receive clear, practical guidance, including consultation visits under Section 37. The service also helps clients explore additional support and aids, such as emergency call systems.

Pflegedienst Margit Klein advises on care needs, planning and possible funding, and can assist with applications and administrative tasks. Depending on the service, costs may be billed directly to health or long-term care insurers. The provider emphasizes reliability, communication, continuity and respect, and aims to offer familiar points of contact whenever possible.
