Pflegevermittlung Makolla-24

Makolla Pflegevermittlung arranges nationwide 24-hour home care for people who need support, connecting families with caregivers from Poland through established partner agencies. Its service offers an alternative to moving into a care home, helping older adults and other care recipients remain in familiar surroundings. The agency aims to match each household with a suitable caregiver based on the individual’s care needs and provides personal guidance throughout the process.

Caregivers can assist with everyday personal care, including washing, dressing and mobility, as well as household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping. They may also accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities, provide companionship, and help create structure in daily life. Makolla describes its approach as professional, empathetic and tailored to the person receiving care.

The process begins with a questionnaire to assess care requirements, followed by a free consultation and individual offer. After the family signs an agreement with the Polish cooperation partner, Makolla presents suitable caregiver profiles and helps organise travel.
