PflegeWolke is an independent care advisory service founded by Isabella Fischer to support people with care needs and their families through Germany’s often complex care system. Drawing on her experience as a health and nursing professional and her own experience supporting a family member, Isabella provides practical, personal guidance focused on each client’s interests. Services include help applying for a care grade, preparing for and attending assessments, and challenging a decision through an objection.

PflegeWolke also assists with organizing care, completing applications and paperwork, tracking deadlines, and communicating with care insurers, doctors, authorities, and clinics. Clients can seek support with arranging aids and other care-related matters, or choose ongoing guidance for as long as they need it. The service is designed to bring structure and clarity to unfamiliar processes, reduce the administrative burden on families, and help them understand and pursue the benefits available to them.
