Diakonie München und Oberbayern

Evangelisches Pflegezentrum Sendling is a residential care centre in Munich’s Sendling district, operated within the Senioren & Pflege division of Diakonie München und Oberbayern. It offers older people a welcoming community, with a focus on personal dignity, independence, professional care and attentive support. The centre provides 148 places for residential nursing care, including 42 places for specialised, protected care for people with dementia, as well as short-term and respite care. Its service-senior living option includes 20 apartments.

Residents can take part in concerts, singing and music, seasonal celebrations, worship and devotional services, exercise, memory training and cultural activities. Practical amenities include a hair salon, foot care, a cafeteria, a book service and freshly prepared, traditional-style meals. The centre also works with general and specialist medical practices, hospice and palliative care services, local organisations and the neighbouring Evangelical Nursing Academy. Its accessible, individually designed apartments, landscaped garden and chapel support comfort, community and reflection. The centre reports DIN ISO 9001 certification and a 1.1 rating in its latest MDK quality inspection.
