Pferdegnadenhof Mona und Freunde e.V. is a German animal welfare association and sanctuary dedicated to helping older, sick, neglected, or unwanted horses and ponies enjoy a safe and caring later life. The organization takes in animals with difficult histories, provides shelter and daily care, and arranges veterinary treatment and hoof care according to their needs. Some residents require additional support for health problems, including respiratory conditions, and the sanctuary has built a salt inhalation chamber to help care for affected horses.

The association also responds to urgent cases, including animals rescued from poor conditions or transferred for emergency veterinary treatment. Its work depends on donations and community involvement. Supporters can sponsor an animal to help cover food, veterinary bills, or farrier costs, become a member, donate funds, or volunteer at the stable. The organization shares updates about its animals and appeals for help when medical or rescue costs arise. Through this work, Pferdegnadenhof Mona und Freunde e.V. offers vulnerable equines a place to recover, receive attention, and live out their remaining years with dignity.
