About Pulmonary Hypertension Knowledge Sharing Platform
The Pulmonary Hypertension Knowledge Sharing Platform (PH-KSP) is a valuable resource for information on pulmonary hypertension, focusing primarily on Group 1 and Group 4 conditions according to the WHO classification. Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension are rare diseases affecting the small pulmonary arteries and characterized by increased mean pulmonary vascular resistance, potentially leading to right heart failure. The PH-KSP offers insights into the diagnosis, treatment, and management of these challenging conditions, including the latest guidelines from the European Society for Cardiology and European Respiratory Society.
