Psych Health Associates (PHA) provides coordinated behavioral health care for post-acute and senior care settings across Florida. Serving more than 190 facilities, the organization partners with skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care communities, as well as patients receiving care at home. Its services are delivered on-site and through telemedicine, with support tailored to each facility’s residents, workflows, and clinical needs.

PHA brings psychiatry, psychology, and behavioral health integration together through a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, counselors, behavioral health technicians, and other professionals. Services include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, dementia-related support, crisis response, high-risk resident monitoring, and ongoing follow-up. The team also reviews psychotropic medications and gradual dose reduction opportunities when clinically appropriate, and provides staff education and behavioral health training.

Working alongside facility medical providers and leadership, PHA supports care planning, documentation, early intervention, resident stability, and quality of life.
