Pharmaxim AB är från början en avknoppad del från Pfizer och Pharmacia. Idag har vi omkring 18 anställda vid företagets huvudkontor i Landskrona. Företaget är privatägt och ägs av bolagsgruppen Lotorp. Pharmaxim har partihandelstillstånd och är väl förtrogna med läkemedelslagstiftningen, biocid-direktivet och EU’s kosmetikalagstiftning.
