PHC Africa is an NGO dedicated to promoting health and well-being for generations in Africa. Through community-led interventions, they aim to create sustainable impact on the health and well-being of communities. Their core values of innovation, collaboration, teamwork, transparency, and accountability guide their work in providing equitable and innovative solutions to contemporary and emerging public health challenges in Africa.

The organization focuses on several key areas, including community-led interventions, sexual and reproductive health services, social behavioral change, public health policy and research, and risk communication and community engagement. PHC Africa is currently implementing projects such as #UnderstandEbola to raise awareness and prevent the spread of Ebola infection. They also collaborate with key stakeholders in gender and health matters through their KAWO Project. Additionally, they actively seek support and partnerships from various sectors to promote good health and well-being in communities.

For career opportunities, PHC Africa is looking for community health voices (CHVs) to serve as conduits for health education and communication in Uganda and East Africa. They offer training and orientation on behavior change, social mobilization, and community engagement.
