Yeumoitruong, operating the Phe Lieu Sach platform, is an environmental social network and online marketplace focused on scrap trading and the circular economy in Vietnam. The site says it has been active since 2007 and is accompanied by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It is operated by Grac Technology Joint Stock Company, which is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The platform connects buyers and sellers of recyclable materials through listings searchable by material category and location. Its marketplace covers items such as paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, packaging, electronics, and construction materials. Users can find purchase requests, browse available scrap, and review indicative prices for common materials. The site also provides trading policies, information on plastic scrap standards, and a community forum for discussion.

Beyond trading, Yeumoitruong shares environmental content, including articles on recycling models, waste management, pollution indicators, environmental safety, and sustainable business practices. It also highlights related initiatives and services, including GRAC’s urban waste solutions and app.
