Phelps Music is the music and performance business of Dan Phelps, a composer, pianist and tutor based near Pontypridd in South Wales. With qualifications in composition and music, Dan offers piano, music theory and composition tuition to students across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly, Cardiff and Bridgend.
