The Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA), Inc., established in 1962, is a dedicated organization committed to promoting and enhancing athletics as an amateur sport across the Philippines. Originally known as the Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association, PATAFA focuses on providing comprehensive technical management for various athletics events, ensuring the highest standards through accredited officials and efficient results processing.

PATAFA's vision centers on raising the profile of athletics through grassroots programs, with a mission to cultivate young athletes capable of achieving international excellence. The association supports its athletes with essential resources, including coaching, nutrition, and psychological assistance, all aimed at fostering a robust talent pipeline. PATAFA aims to secure Php 100 million annually to enhance its developmental programs and coaching accreditation.
