About PHILCAMSAT
Welcome to PHILCAMSAT, the Philippine Center for Advanced Maritime Simulation and Training. Established in 1992, PHILCAMSAT is the first maritime training center in the Philippines. Our founder, Ambassador Carlos C.
Salinas, had a vision of transforming Filipino seafarers into global maritime professionals. PHILCAMSAT is certified by Det Norske Veritas for Maritime Training, Maritime Simulator Training Services, and ISO 9001:2015. We are also the only institution in Asia certified by the Belgian Maritime Inspectorate and the UK Merchant Navy Training Board.
This sets a global standard for training in the Philippines. Our mission is to train seafarers, or Global Maritime Professionals, who serve local and international crewing companies, ship owners, ship managers, and other maritime-related stakeholders. We offer effective online, face-to-face, and simulator-based training courses to both local and international seafarers.
By developing the skills and proficiency of our trainees, we provide lasting value to our clients and help drive their business growth and success.
