Phillip Island Adult Riding Club Inc. is a community-based riding club formed in 2005 for HRCAV riders and horse enthusiasts on Phillip Island, Victoria. It brings together members who want to enjoy time with their horses, build their riding skills and take part in friendly competition. The club is based at Ventnor Recreation Reserve, shared with Phillip Island Pony Club, where members can use the show-jumping arena, ménage and open grounds for riding and training.

PIARC holds monthly rallies, generally on the third Sunday of the month, with instruction from experienced, high-quality instructors. Sessions commonly focus on dressage and flatwork, with opportunities for jumping, poles, equitation and trail riding; other disciplines may be arranged in consultation with members. Lessons are typically 45 minutes, and rally costs vary with participation and instructor fees. Members can also join club meetings, social activities and local trail rides. The club offers riding and non-riding memberships, access to facilities, and opportunities to participate in club events.
