TX Phipps Chiropractic

Phipps Chiropractic is a Richardson, Texas, wellness practice serving the community since 1986. Led by Dr. David Phipps, a chiropractor with more than 37 years of experience, the clinic focuses on individualized care to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and support lasting results. Each visit is tailored to the patient, drawing on techniques including Gonstead, Thompson, and Diversified adjustments, alongside methods developed through Dr. Phipps’s practice.

The clinic offers chiropractic care and a broad range of complementary therapies, including spinal and neck decompression, cold laser and red light therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, dry needling, and shockwave therapy. It also provides orthotics and care for neuropathy, with mechanical traction available for both the back and neck. These services are intended for people experiencing pain, limited mobility, chronic conditions, or recovery needs, and may be combined according to individual circumstances. Phipps Chiropractic emphasizes a natural, whole-body approach and offers non-invasive options that can complement adjustments. New patients can book an appointment and inquire about the advertised $129 new patient special.
