Verein zur Förderung der Jugendleichtathletik im LBV Phönix v. 1903 e.v

The LBV Phönix Athletics Support Association helps young athletes develop and supports the athletics department of LBV Phönix. Inspired by the club’s long tradition of sporting achievement and the coaching legacy of Rainer Buchholz, the association aims to introduce future generations to running, jumping and throwing while strengthening athletics in the club.

Its work focuses on creating the conditions for targeted, qualified training, broadening opportunities for children and young people, and supporting promising talents. It also seeks to enable committed coaches to do their work effectively and to build team spirit through shared activities.

The association directs support toward practical needs, including renting training facilities, purchasing equipment for practice and competition, and helping fund trips to training camps and events. It also subsidizes competition clothing and contributes to larger projects, such as acquiring a high-jump landing mat. People can help by joining the association or making a donation. Through these efforts, the LBV Phönix Athletics Support Association works to sustain youth development and the continued strength of athletics at LBV Phönix.
