About Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation
The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization leading the charitable and educational initiatives of the Greater Phoenix Chamber. It brings together businesses, educators, and community partners to improve college and career readiness, strengthen Arizona’s workforce, and support healthier communities. Its work is organized around education, workforce development, wellness, and research.
Through ElevateEdAZ, the Foundation connects education, business, and community to help people prepare for college and careers. It also convenes six employer-led workforce collaboratives that address skills gaps and support career pathways for unemployed and underemployed candidates. Its initiatives engage businesses in preparing high school students for future opportunities and connect employers with talent development efforts.
The Foundation conducts data-driven research on public policy, economic impacts, and community issues, sharing findings to inform policymakers, business leaders, and the public. Its wellness efforts promote the Greater Phoenix region and Arizona as destinations for healthy talent and communities. The organization also offers events, workforce resources, research reports, and a Community in Focus newsletter.
