Photogala is an event photo gallery service that helps hosts collect guests’ photos and videos in one shared album. Designed for weddings, parties, corporate events and other celebrations, it lets guests scan a QR code and upload directly from their phones—without installing an app or creating an account. Galleries can be set up in about five minutes, and hosts can download collected media in high quality.

Beyond photo collection, Photogala offers optional tools to make events more interactive and easier to organize. Features include a live photo wall, photo challenges with points and leaderboards, face search, photo moderation, seating plans, digital invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and social features such as likes and comments. Available capabilities depend on the plan.

Photogala offers a free Starter plan and three paid, one-time plans: Plus, Premium, and Deluxe. Plans vary by upload limits, video support, storage duration, and included features; paid options start at €39. Storage begins when the tenth photo is uploaded, and customers can upgrade by paying the difference.
