Photographs by Tonia is a Tacoma, Washington-based photography business serving clients across the Pacific Northwest and traveling wherever their stories lead. Founded by photographer Tonia in 2014, the brand focuses on honest, timeless images that preserve meaningful moments as lasting heirlooms. Inspired by the region’s wild landscapes and a love of storytelling, Tonia specializes in adventurous weddings and documents each celebration with a natural, relaxed approach. Her work blends candid photographs with gentle guidance, helping clients feel comfortable and allowing their personalities and relationships to shine.

Services include wedding photography, couples and engagement sessions, portraits, boudoir photography, family portraits, senior portraits, and headshots. Tonia aims to capture not only events, but also the emotions and atmosphere surrounding them. Her lifelong interest in photography began with a film camera during a childhood trip to the Oregon Coast. She later studied commercial photography at The Art Institute of Seattle and worked with various studios before establishing her own business.
