**Brand Description: Photonic Moments**
Established in 2005, Photonic Moments is the premier international contemporary photography festival in Southeast Europe, dedicated to showcasing the vibrant artistry of the region. As a key member of the European Month of Photography association since 2010, Photonic Moments collaborates with prestigious photography festivals across major cities, including Athens, Berlin, and Paris. Hosted by the Center for Contemporary Photography Photon, founded in 2003 in Ljubljana, the festival focuses on promoting and exhibiting the works of regional photographers and video artists.
Through diverse programming that includes group exhibitions and artist showcases, Photonic Moments fosters connections among artists, curators, and cultural institutions throughout Central and Southeast Europe, with a particular emphasis on partnerships in Vienna. In addition to managing two galleries, the organization co-organizes the Art Photo Budapest fair and represents Magnum's exhibition program in Eastern Europe, bringing both emerging and renowned photographers to the forefront.
