With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, our CEO Carlos Diaz has worked in various regions such as Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. Starting his career as a receptionist in a Sheraton Hotel, Carlos has been a part of renowned hotels in Argentina, including the luxurious Hotel Costa Galana and the stunning Hotel Llao Llao in Bariloche.
His international experience began as the Opening Team Human Resources Manager for Hilton Malabo in Equatorial Guinea, where he was deeply influenced by the rich culture and hospitality of the people. Carlos then continued his professional journey with Kempinski, holding positions such as Cluster Director of Human Resources in Qatar. This exposure to diverse cultures and leading over 1000 employees from 52 different countries has made Carlos a specialist in Multicultural Management.
