Piano Move

Piano Move is an Ireland-based specialist transport company with more than 35 years of experience moving pianos and other valuable items. It provides nationwide piano transport for homes, schools, concert venues, music retailers and organisations, handling instruments from family uprights to concert grand pianos. The team also undertakes challenging moves, including carrying pianos upstairs and arranging crane access when stairs are unsuitable. Purpose-built equipment and careful preparation, loading and transport help protect each instrument throughout its journey.

Alongside piano moving, Piano Move offers professional transport for fine furniture, antiques and valuable artwork. The company is fully insured and tax compliant, and describes its service as reliable, professional and attentive to clients’ needs. Its customers and partners include music retailers, schools, the Royal Irish Academy of Music, the National Concert Hall and the RTÉ Symphony Orchestra; testimonials also refer to work for U2. Based in Cabra, Dublin, Piano Move serves clients across Ireland, combining specialist handling expertise with experience supporting both residential and professional music-sector moves.
