About Plataforma de Integración Ciudadana
PIC Plataforma de Integración Ciudadana, also known as ÁgoraPIC, is a civic tool for citizen participation and democratic dialogue, aimed at co-creating collaborative proposals and civic mapping of information. With the belief that an informed citizenry leads to an informed society, ÁgoraPIC provides a digital platform where everyone can actively participate in shaping their communities and neighborhoods. This platform enables users to propose georeferenced ideas, co-create consensus-based solutions, and launch community projects or participate in local policy decision-making.
It serves as a valuable tool for citizens at both local and national levels, and is promoted in Costa Rica by the civic movement PIC- Plataforma de Integración Ciudadana.
