PickGuard World is a U. S. -based custom shop creating made-to-order pickguards for guitars and basses.

Founded in 2020 as a project of Montes Custom, the business hand-cuts, shapes, polishes, and inspects each guard individually. Its catalog covers Stratocaster, Telecaster, Precision Bass, Jazz Bass, Jazzmaster, Jaguar, Mustang, Les Paul, SG, PRS Silver Sky, and Yamaha Pacifica styles, with additional shapes available by request. Customers can select a body model, pickup configuration, and finish, or submit their own artwork, photos, or logos for a custom design.

The finish library includes printed patterns and imagery such as leather, wood, metal, shells, and space themes. Pickguards are made from three-ply acrylic, typically 2. 3 mm thick, with a UV-printed or photo-finished surface and a clear protective coat.

Products ship blank for customers to transfer their existing electronics, with loaded assemblies available by request.
