PickTenants

PickTenants is a Malaysian rental technology and property services brand focused on helping landlords lease with greater confidence and manage rentals with less hassle. Its services support full-house and co-living properties, bringing together tenant verification, digital tenancy agreements, rental protection, smart devices, and management tools in an integrated offering developed with property and legal experts.

Through iTenancy, landlords can verify tenant identities and create digitally signed, legally compliant agreements. iProtect offers rental protection and property-damage coverage, while iManage helps automate payment reminders, manage access, support tenant self-check-in, and handle prepaid utilities and in-app payments. Smart locks and smart electric meters are available for rental properties, including options that do not require home broadband. PickTenants also provides renovation services, interior design support, and VR360 property tours to help present listings and attract tenant interest. Its broader audience includes property investors, agents, agencies, rental management companies, developers, and renovation businesses. The company describes its rental protection plan and subscriptions as a way to reduce administrative burdens and support more reliable rental income; coverage and pricing depend on the selected plan and service terms.
