Picolino is a maternity and parenting school based in Kraków, Poland, supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth and the early months with a baby. Its services extend beyond childbirth classes to include workshops for new parents, community midwife visits in Kraków and the Małopolska region, women’s physiotherapy, pregnancy and newborn photography, and fitness for pregnant women. In-person courses welcome expectant mothers and their partners and take place in small groups, allowing time for questions and individual attention.

Participants practise bathing, changing and dressing a newborn simulator, learn safe ways to carry babies, and receive first-aid training using training manikins. Picolino’s physiotherapy offering includes urogynaecological support, pelvic-floor strengthening and help with concerns such as abdominal muscle separation. Midwife visits can provide guidance on breastfeeding and newborn care, including carrying, changing and bathing a baby.

The school also offers family photography sessions and an online shop for mothers and children. Picolino presents its services as a comprehensive source of practical education and support for families preparing for parenthood
