About 認定NPO法人PIECES
PIECES is a certified NPO organization dedicated to creating communities where children do not feel isolated by increasing trustworthy individuals around them. They strive to prevent deepening child isolation by implementing a citizenship development program that promotes citizens who watch over and support children within the community. PIECES believes that before a child's isolation worsens, it is crucial to nurture citizens who empathize with and support children.
Their mission is to foster a society where children are not isolated and where compassionate connections flourish. They aim for a world where small troubles and emotional wounds are taken care of within close relationships, allowing individuals to heal together. PIECES also emphasizes the importance of citizen development in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which contributes to the overall well-being of children, adults, and communities.
