Piedmont Fresh is a local food hub initiative of the Davidson County Local Food Network, connecting customers with seasonal foods from area farms and producers. Through its online shop, customers can browse and pre-order a variety of locally grown and made products, then collect their orders at a convenient time. The selection includes fresh vegetables, from everyday staples to distinctive seasonal harvests, as well as locally raised beef, pork, poultry, and other meats.
Shoppers can also find farm-fresh eggs, milk, cheese, butter, and other dairy products, alongside breads, cookies, pastries, and treats baked to order by local bakers using fresh local ingredients. Piedmont Fresh shares updates on order windows, seasonal availability, and pickup reminders, and offers a weekly newsletter for customers who want to stay informed. The service supports local agriculture while helping customers access products from trusted nearby producers.
Its website also features producer information and ways to get involved with the Davidson County Local Food Network through volunteering or donations
