Piedmont Green Dispensary is a locally owned North Carolina hemp business operated by NCDA- and USDA-licensed farmers in Cabarrus County. The brand focuses on locally grown hemp and offers products through in-person dispensaries in Kannapolis and Charlotte; it no longer provides local shipping. Its selection includes THCa hemp flower, vape products and concentrates, solventless THCa hash, CBD and THC edibles, CBD oils, hemp and CBD topicals, and accessories.
The company says its hemp is grown in North Carolina using organic farming practices and that products are independently lab tested, with testing performed both before and after ingredients are blended into finished products. Piedmont Green also emphasizes transparency and customer education, offering resources on CBD and THCa, lab reports, batch information, a blog, and a podcast. Customers can visit either storefront or call for help choosing products and learning about hemp.
The business also advocates for regulations that would allow compliant hemp businesses to continue operating in North Carolina while addressing consumer and child-safety concerns
