Pieminister is a renowned Bristol-based family business that has made a name for itself by crafting exceptional pies using the finest, fresh ingredients, with a focus on 100% free-range British meat. Their dedication to quality and innovation has earned them numerous accolades. Since their establishment in 2003, Pieminister has been committed to revitalizing the traditional British pie.
Starting with a humble shop in Stokes Croft, Bristol, founders Tristan and Jon worked tirelessly to perfect their recipes and build a loyal customer base. Despite a slow start, word of their delectable pies spread quickly, leading to long queues out the door. This success granted them opportunities to showcase their creations at London's famous Borough Market and even at Glastonbury Festival.
Today, Pieminister employs around 300 people and continues to make all their pies in their Bristol kitchens. Their offerings extend beyond their signature pies to include delicious filo pies and mouthwatering gravy. Customers can experience their pies at their restaurants, order for delivery, click and collect, or even have pies shipped straight to their homes.
Additionally, Pieminister caters for large events, including corporate and wedding celebrations. Pieminister's commitment to sustainability is reflected in their efforts to minimize their environmental impact through initiatives like Little Acts of Pieness. They prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure their products cater to various dietary needs by providing information on allergens.
Immerse yourself in the Pieminister experience and savor their delectable pies by visiting their restaurants, buying their products online, or even becoming a VIPie. With Pieminister, every bite is a celebration of British pie perfection
