Pienet Sydämellä

Pienet Sydämellä is a child-focused therapy and expert-services practice in Helsinki, led by Annukka Moilanen, a paediatric occupational therapist with specialist training in sensory integration, SOS Feeding therapy, breastfeeding support and paediatric sleep guidance. Drawing on extensive professional experience and her perspective as a mother of children with allergies and reflux, Annukka supports babies, young children and their families with practical guidance tailored to everyday life.

Occupational therapy services address feeding difficulties, sensory regulation, developmental support, reflux-related needs, unsettled behaviour, sleep challenges, infant sucking difficulties and toileting. Other services include breastfeeding and sleep guidance, reflexology-based baby massage, Happiest Baby coaching, and advice on reflux and allergies. The practice also offers consultations, training and lectures by arrangement.

Appointments are available at the Helsinki reception or remotely for families who cannot easily travel. Pienet Sydämellä focuses on how a child’s needs and environment interact, recognising that small, well-chosen changes can make family life easier.
