Pietät Haas

Pietät Haas is a funeral home in Gedern, Germany, owned by Marco Leo. The business supports families through the sensitive practical and personal aspects of bereavement, offering compassionate guidance and time to plan a meaningful farewell. Families can discuss their wishes and choose the extent of assistance they need, with consultations available at home or at the funeral home’s premises. Pietät Haas arranges earth burials, cremations and sea burials, and provides an in-house viewing room for families wishing to say goodbye.

The service also helps with the arrangements and formalities connected with a funeral. Support can include finding a funeral speaker and arranging music or singing, preparing death notices and thank-you notices, and providing a condolence book for guests to share messages and cards. The team can organise funeral flowers and decorations, as well as transport for the deceased within Germany. For transfers abroad, Pietät Haas coordinates flights and the required documents.
