Pigment & ID is the decorative painting practice of Isabelle de Mezamat de Lisle, a full-time decorative painter with a lifelong passion for drawing and painting. Trained in the classical foundations of drawing by a skilled restoration painter, Isabelle brings artistic experience and personal attention to projects that make homes and other spaces feel more individual and welcoming. She works with clients to turn their ideas and wishes into designs that come to life on walls and other surfaces.
The practice offers decorative murals, painted window displays, drawings, trompe-l’œil effects and work with decorative finishes and materials. Projects shown include a participatory mural at La Brède Primary School, an underwater-themed mural painted on a wooden panel, seasonal window displays and a main bedroom suite. Pigment & ID aims to help people shape their surroundings to reflect their tastes and create pleasure in everyday moments. Visitors can explore examples of recent work and contact Isabelle by phone or through the website’s message form.
