Pihlajaharjun eläinhoitola

Pihlajaharjun eläinhoitola is a small-animal care provider located in the rural setting of Väänälänranta, Siilinjärvi, near Kuopio and Nilsiä. It offers homelike, individual care for dogs and rodents, with attention to each pet’s wellbeing and familiar routines. Dog facilities include four clean, secure indoor spaces of different sizes, outdoor enclosures, and two larger outdoor runs with insulated kennels. The premises are fenced, with private woodland routes for walks, while air-source heat pumps help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year.

Each pet receives a care plan tailored to its home routine, feeding, and exercise habits. Owners are asked to bring the pet’s usual food, and current vaccinations and appropriate parasite treatment are required. At the start of a stay, the owner and staff complete a care agreement covering important details, and updates are provided during the visit in a way that suits the owner. By separate arrangement, the business can also provide care in customers’ homes for different kinds of animals and may arrange pet pickup for an additional fee.
