Its approach looks beyond the location of symptoms, exploring how the brain, nervous system and wider aspects of daily life may influence pain. The brand offers a free, approximately 90-minute online Pain Reset Masterclass, which participants can watch from home. It explains how the pain system works, why previous treatments may provide only temporary relief, and what practical first steps may support progress.

The community’s method uses a six-domain model covering stress, breathing, movement, nutrition, sleep and the immune system.
