Pikes Peak Women Golfers (PPWG) is a Tuesday women’s golf league serving members in the Colorado Springs region and playing courses along Colorado’s Pikes Peak Front Range. Founded more than 25 years ago, the league aims to promote women’s golf, support players as they improve and enjoy the game, and foster the well-being of its membership. PPWG has approximately 80 members, including working and retired women, and offers opportunities to play both nine and 18 holes.
The season typically runs from April through October, and the league uses GHIN handicaps. Members can access tee-time information through an online video tutorial, review event and course schedules, and post scores using the league’s website resources. PPWG also has a tradition of charitable giving: its philanthropy committee selects a Colorado Springs-area nonprofit each year for a donation of more than $1,000.
Past recipients include B-COS We Care, First Tee of Southern Colorado, Safe Passage, and Kid Power. The 2026 season membership and waitlist are full; applications are expected to reopen in January 2027
