The process includes 3D body scanning, fabric selection and guidance on fit and design, with appointments arranged in advance.

Pileati offers custom suits for business, weddings, formal events and business-casual wardrobes, alongside a ready-to-wear collection available to try in the showroom and through its online shop. Its fabrics include selections from internationally recognized mills such as Loro Piana, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Cerruti, Ermenegildo Zegna, Dormeuil and Holland & Sherry. The brand also offers made-to-order shoes, including Goodyear-welted styles crafted in Spain from leather.
