Pin Wedding creates digital wedding invitations designed to make sharing celebration details and managing guest responses easier. Customers can choose from themed designs, such as Green Garden, Royal Wedding and Lavender Dream, or request a fully custom invitation inspired by their story, décor and preferred details. The standard digital invitation costs €50, with optional features priced separately so couples can select what they need. Available additions include RSVP response tracking, a countdown, calendar reminders, an animated envelope or background, a personalized link, music, guest notifications, photo albums and a digital planner.

After submitting a form with their wedding information, customers receive access to a private control center for viewing RSVP responses, managing the guest list, requesting edits and tracking related tasks and expenses. Pin Wedding says it prepares the first invitation version within 24 hours, and customers pay only if they choose to keep it. Updates to event details can be made on the invitation without resending it.
